Indigenous Ceremonial Stone Landscapes of Turtle Island
Wonderful song! It brought tears to my eyes! So true, too, of the Delaware as well.
ReplyDeleteSince this song mentions the Allegheny River, it had me thinking about a comment I heard regarding the Allegheny Trail geotrail. Evidentially, there are a lot of caches in big piles of big rocks out there. If you look them up at geocache.com, the pictures are amazing. Check out "Bigfoot's lair", "Name the Rocks Cache" (photos with entry from 4/28/05 are very nice), "Cornplanters Cave Cache" and "Running Bear Cave Cache" are some in the area. You may have to select "view all log notes" to see some of the pictures.
ReplyDeleteI'll try them out when I get a chance.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment - I haven't gotten many lately...
