Across the highway from that row of stones
where a sweet little stone turtle-like creation (http://wakinguponturtleisland.blogspot.com/2014/10/little-turtle-with-rhombiodals.html) sits, I spotted a linear row down below and south of the entrance I used to get into the area pictured above (1934):
Looking towards the west an hour before sunset:

There's a gap and then a north south row and looking south a gap in that row:
Possibly that big quartz boulder is another serpent head:
The tail end got real interesting when it reaches the water feature:
Entrance of the Under(water)world????
